利用規約Terms of Service
第1条（適用）Article 1 (Application)
本規約は、Libram（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に従い本サービスを利用するものとします。These terms set out the conditions of use for Libram (the "Service"). Users agree to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
第2条（利用登録）Article 2 (Registration)
利用希望者は、本規約に同意の上、運営者の定める方法によって利用登録を申請し、運営者が承認することで登録が完了するものとします。Applicants register by following the procedure specified by the operator. Registration is complete once the operator approves the application.
第3条（コンテンツの権利と利用許諾）Article 3 (Content Rights and License)
運営者が制作したコンテンツ（記事・デザイン・UI等）の著作権は運営者に帰属します。Copyright in content created by the operator (articles, design, UI, etc.) belongs to the operator.
ユーザーが投稿した失敗談等（以下「投稿コンテンツ」）の著作権は、投稿ユーザーに帰属します。ユーザーは投稿をもって、運営者に対し投稿コンテンツを世界中で無償・非独占的・無期限・サブライセンス可能な形で利用（複製・翻訳・編集・配信等を含む）する権利を付与します。この許諾はアカウント削除後も存続します。Copyright in content submitted by users, including failure stories ("User Content"), belongs to the submitting user. By submitting content, the user grants the operator a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, translate, edit, and distribute the User Content. This license survives account deletion.
運営者は、法令違反・規約違反または運営上の判断により、投稿コンテンツを予告なく削除・修正できます。ただし削除の義務を負うものではなく、ユーザーからの個別削除依頼には応じないものとします。ユーザーは、運営者が提供するコンテンツを私的利用の範囲を超えて複製・転載することはできません。The operator may remove or modify User Content at any time without notice if it violates applicable law, these terms, or the operator's reasonable judgment. The operator is not obligated to remove content and does not accept individual removal requests from users. Users may not reproduce or redistribute operator-provided content beyond personal use.
第4条（禁止事項・サービス対象外領域）Article 4 (Prohibited acts and out-of-scope topics)
法令違反、運営者または第三者の権利侵害、本サービスの運営妨害、その他運営者が不適切と判断する行為を禁止します。 また、本サービスは金融商品（株式・FX・暗号資産・投資信託・先物・オプション・CFD等）の取引や投資で利益を得る方法に関する助言・情報提供・ツール提供を一切行いません。 ユーザーが投稿フォーム・AI拡張のロードマップ生成・AIサポートチャット等で金融取引・投資に関する目標や質問を入力した場合、システムは自動的に拒否し処理は行われません。 当該分野でのご相談・ご利用はお控えください。Acts that violate law, infringe the rights of the operator or third parties, interfere with the operation of the Service, or that the operator otherwise deems inappropriate, are prohibited. In addition, the Service does not provide advice, information, or tools regarding trading or investing in financial products (stocks, FX, cryptocurrencies, mutual funds, futures, options, CFDs, etc.) for profit. Any goals or questions submitted to the submission form, AI Add-on roadmap generation, or AI support chat related to financial trading or investment will be automatically rejected by the system and no processing will occur. Please refrain from using the Service for such topics.
第5条（免責事項）Article 5 (Disclaimer)
本サービスのコンテンツは運営者および投稿者の体験談・知見の共有を目的とし、投資・医療・法務等の専門的助言ではありません。 ユーザーの判断に基づく行為の結果について運営者は一切の責任を負いません。Content on the Service is shared as personal experiences and observations by the operator and contributors, not professional advice (financial, medical, legal, etc.). The operator bears no responsibility for outcomes resulting from user decisions.
第6条（規約の変更）Article 6 (Changes)
運営者は、必要と判断した場合には本規約を変更することができるものとします。重要な変更が生じる場合には、本サービス上または登録メールアドレスへの通知により事前にお知らせします。The operator may change these terms when necessary. Material changes will be announced in advance on the Service or via the email address on record.
第7条（サブスクリプション）Article 7 (Subscription)
本サービスの有料プランは月額自動継続課金です。解約はアプリ内 Paid plans renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from the in-app アカウントページAccount page からいつでも実行できます。.
解約後は次回課金日まで引き続きご利用いただけます。日割り返金はありません。After cancellation you can continue using the Service until the next billing date. No partial refunds are issued.
価格を改定する場合は、変更の少なくとも30日前に本サービス上または登録メールアドレスへの通知によりお知らせします。If prices change, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance on the Service or via the email address on record.
第8条（アカウント削除）Article 8 (Account deletion)
ユーザーはアプリ内の You can delete your account anytime from the in-app アカウントページAccount page からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除を実行すると、登録情報・閲覧履歴・ブックマーク等の関連データが即時に匿名化されます。運営者は退会理由を追跡しません。. Deletion immediately anonymizes registration data, browsing history, bookmarks, etc. The operator does not track reasons for leaving.
第9条（販売主体および販売責任）Article 9 (Seller and sales responsibility)
本サービスにおける有料コンテンツの提供（売買）は、運営者（重本 康成）とユーザーとの間で直接成立します。本サービスは、第三者を販売主体とする取引の媒介・代理を行いません。The provision (sale) of paid content on the Service is concluded directly between the operator (Yasunari Shigemoto) and the user. The Service does not broker or act as an agent for transactions in which a third party is the seller.
本サービスに関する販売責任（ユーザー対応、売上管理、コンテンツの提供、苦情・お問い合わせ対応等）は、すべて運営者（重本 康成）が負います。All sales responsibilities relating to the Service (user support, revenue management, provision of content, handling of complaints and inquiries, etc.) are borne by the operator (Yasunari Shigemoto).
